We take care to share both the physical and mental/spiritual benefits that yoga brings. A regular yoga practice will bring you better focus, less stress, mental clarity, joy and peace of mind. -A leaner body is just a bonus.
Luxury of small classes
Yoga is not an industry.
We keep our classes small, for your benefit. Our teachers have time for each student and can check that everyone follow the instructions in a safe manner.
No stress yoga
There is no gold medal for the fastest yogi.
The phases in our classes are set so that everyone can follow. Allowing the beginner enough time to come safely in and out of the poses and giving the advanced practitioner enough time to fine-tune alignment details.
Yoga Practice, not Yoga Perfect

Group activities can sometimes bring out the competitor side of us. But yoga is an internal practice. How far our neighbor can get into a pose does not matter. Our classes welcome students of all shapes and experience. We work with Awareness, the anti-dote to becoming frustrated, disappointed or competitive in class.
Yoga for Men
Yoga is not just for women.
Yoga for Men is a class devised specifically for men’s physical and mental well-being. In this class, issues and problems that male-practitioner tend to encounter, such as inflexible hamstrings, shoulders and hips will be addressed in a gender and somatic specific way. Stiffness and strength, as complementary forces, will be particularly pinpointed in the studio. By building a positive and precise understanding of your body, you will experience a major change to your everyday life. Give yourself a chance to explore your physicality in order to be a better man!
Yoga in the Office
Have no time to make it to the studio? We will come to you. Bring a towel to work and we will bring movements that target computer syndromes and help you manage stress better. All you need is 45 min and you will be relaxed and recharged to take on the challenges at work. No sweat, no shower needed.
Private Yoga Classes
Tailor made yoga – just for you.
If you would like to work extra on a particular issue we can design a special yoga class just for you. Specialised yoga programs are taught on a one-on-one private basis, either at the
Studio, or in a location convenient for you.
